Qbic America Inc is currently seeking a self-motivated and passionate Operations Manager for successfully managing daily operation at our Fremont office. Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, office management is preferred. The Operations Manager must be able to work and communicate effectively across various groups within our company. Main job duties include provide sales forecast, planning and coordinating shipments. The Operations Manager must be goal oriented, can multitask and good at time management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide and support Sales team with sales documents
Shipment coordination, planning and fulfillment
Maintain inventory and warehouse management
Provide and generate reports for various departments
Assist in Marketing events and activities
College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in the operation, logistic or warehouse management
2-3 years of operation, logistic experience
Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
