Refund & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the appropriate return address in your region.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Legally, it is required that we declare the full transaction value of the package contents. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Qbic is not liable for any local import duties or taxes. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to our warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
